The team of Mehmed Fetihlar Sultani are far better than the Mehmet Bozdag team of Kurulus Orhan, they are doing a great job honouring the Ottoman dynasty as protectors of Turks & Islam, they put to shame Mehmet Bozdag who tried to make his TV series for the mosquito attention span of the TikTok generation, so Kurulus Orhan got what Bozdag gave, plummeting ratings & dissatisfaction, well now at least Osman’s death will focus minds on moving on from ego battles & address instead historical accuracy for a good change.

Sorry I meant Any idea when will Mehmet Bozdag release Episode 10?

I am glad we have Kurulus Orhan airing to fill the gap for Mehmet Fetihlar Sultani 63 not airing this week ‍

Don’t get me wrong, I am happy they didn’t cancel the show, it brings back to life an important history of Humanity, & to his credit Mehmet Bozdag is a great storyteller, I have no doubt the show will improve with time, I just hope it doesn’t end like Destan or Alparslan with a rushed finish. There is so much to tell about Ottoman history, it deserves to be well narrated always from ego battles, Burak O was a great disappointment, sadly.

To add to alipeace519@gmail.com - it is what you get when a show focuses in ratings rather than on truthful rendering of history, they brought a poster boy to portray Orhan, he will act for his fan base not for the wider thirsty about history general audience, the bracket is restrained, but his fans will be happy even if they are few… the battle of egos between Burak & Mehmet spoilt it as it should, because egos are dumb, not creative nir inspirational, alas.

I came across the 1980’s 12 episodes Osman series on YouTube, the uploader made it so we can use the auto translate to English, but it’s not brilliant, would you consider hosting it since the main actor young then is now being played on Kurulus Orhan as older Osman, Mehmet Bozdag chose him as if Kurulus Osman never existed & Kurulus Orhan is a continuation of the old short a Osman series… I think there might be an interest for a good English subtitles translation, & we can watch it while waiting for other new episodes to roll

It’s hard to face, as I’m furious at Burak Ozcivit & Mehmet Bozdag to allow their egos to put a dignified closure to Kurulus Osman, they spoilt it for me, almost as bad or worse as Emre Konuk’s Alparslan, & at least in the case of Alparslan they managed to get closure with two episodes, they put their ego aside & completed a decent end to the series, not the case for Burak & Mehmet Bozdag

Will you include the new series with Burak Ozcivit “Khaled ibn al-Waleed”?

I finally watched K O Ep194 just now, despite Osman & Bala leaving, there are still plenty of opportunities to feature them in flashbacks to close the chapter properly, this is what I suggest to Mehmet Bozdag, so he ends with a dignified closure free of ego battles.
